    Tein was able to help us sell our home in Suffolk in a timely manner and made it an extremely easy process especially with me being an out of state owner. We had some issues with septic pop up along with other repairs but he was able to get the septic sold as is and as well had all of the proper resources for repairs to be paid out at closing.
